Simona Gaggini joined the Firm in November 2014 as a trainee lawyer and became an associate in 2016. She has been a partner since 2024. Her specialities are contracts and consultancy for both individuals and legal entities in the fields of inheritance, real estate, corporate and commercial law as well specific experience in the field of negotiations and disputes. In addition, she is also a public notary in corporate and commercial real estate as well as inheritance and matrimonial matters.
