Pietro Moggi joined the firm in September 1990 as a trainee lawyer and has been a partner since 2001. He mainly deals with commercial, corporate and intellectual property law, including litigation in such matters. He also works in Swiss and international arbitrations, both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator. An additional role is in providing assistance to private clients who invest in Latin American countries. As a public notary his main competences are the execution of transactions with corporate entities, transactions related to real estate properties and the issue of notarial certifications.
