Fabio Gaggini joined the firm in 1984 and has been a partner since 1988. He has extensive experience in tax, commercial, corporate and banking law, as well as experience in the regulatory field of financial markets. He advises banks, financial institutions and private clients, especially with regards to complex commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures and tax and inheritance planning with particular focus on the use of the trusts. Fabio Gaggini sits on the boards of directors of major Swiss and foreign financial, commercial and industrial institutions as well as on the foundation boards of nonprofit organisations.
