Daniela Leoncini joined the firm in 1994 as an associate and has been a partner since 2005. Her specialty is administrative law with particular focus on land planning law, construction law, environmental law and procedures for the installation of mobile phone systems. An additional specialization is in obtaining work and residence permits.Since 2006 she has been acting as legal consultant on the Self-Regulatory Body of Trustees in the Canton of Ticino (OAD FCT) in the fight against money laundering and in 2007 she became a member of the Steering Committee. In fact, she has extensive experience in the field of anti-money laundering regulation.
