Daniela Franchini joined the Firm in October 2025 as a partner. Daniela’s practice focuses primarily on international arbitration and commercial litigation. She act as counsel and arbitrator in complex commercial disputes, relating among others to M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and various commercial contracts such as sales-purchases, service agreements, distribution, license, agency, franchising. She also assists parties in pre-arbitration phases and in post-arbitral annulment and enforcement proceedings. Daniela’s experience spans various industries, including telecommunications, trading, construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, transport, shipbuilding, engineering, pharma, life sciences, food and beverage.
