Daniela David Nonella joined the firm in May 2013 as a certified tax expert. Her main focus is on national and international tax consultancy with particular expertise in corporate taxation, tax litigation, the relocation of companies to Switzerland and the transfer of domicile for individuals to Switzerland. She provides assistance to the M&A team by offering tax analysis and advice at each stage of the restructuring and acquisition process as well as assistance to all our teams of lawyers on any types of real estate transactions. In addition, Daniela David Nonella is able to provide the widest range of social insurance advice to both private individuals and legal entities.
