Christian Vanetti joined the firm in 2010 as a trainee lawyer and became an associate in 2012. He has been a partner since 2023 and his focus is mainly on litigation, in matters of both civil and commercial law. He has in fact accumulated significant litigation experience in the fields of commercial, contractual and banking law, representing clients in both an extrajudicial and judicial context. Additional specialties are corporate, commercial and contract law consultancy as well as banking, bankruptcy and criminal law. He also has expertise in the field of succession planning. His consultancy services are engaged by both private and commercial clients on corporate, financial and commercial law as well as contracts, both at a national and cross-border level.
